On March 20, 2026, JCI Banias launched the Mentorship Bridge project, driven by the belief that true expertise begins from within.

The project is built on an internal internship model among JCI members, designed to facilitate the exchange of knowledge and skills within a supportive and motivating environment.

Moving beyond traditional training, the project is a transformative journey connecting ambition with experience and impact.

Through an interactive blend of mentorship, hands-on training, and real-world challenges, it empowers individuals to refine their skills and prepares them to make a tangible difference in their communities.

The project also included specialized training in public speaking and debate.
