As part of its ongoing efforts to strengthen cooperation with economic institutions, the Board of Directors of JCI Damascus conducted an official visit to Damascus Chamber of Commerce on 5 February 2026.

The meeting focused on exploring prospects for joint collaboration and presenting the chamber’s key initiatives in entrepreneurship support, leadership development, and women’s empowerment, with the aim of reinforcing the role of youth within the business sector.

The discussion also addressed the possibility of securing official sponsorship for these initiatives, as a step toward broadening their impact and further strengthening institutional cooperation between both parties.

As part of enhancing the cooperation with economic entities that support women's empowerment, JCI Damascus held a meeting with the Businesswomen Committee of the Damascus Chamber of Commerce on March 5.

During the meeting, opportunities of joint cooperation and supporting the initiatives aimed at enhancing women's role in the business environment were discussed.

The Organization's vision and mission in empowering young men and women were also discussed, along with a presentation on the Women in Business program, which aims to support women, develop their professional skills and expand their networks.

The meeting also included a discussion about the possibility of sponsoring the program, which would help to strengthen its presence and expand its impact.
