Official & Capacity-building Trainings

As part of its work in capacity building and organizational skills enhancement, JCI Aleppo conducted a series of specialized training programs.

In the Project Management training, the main focus was on effective meeting management, report writing and minute-taking in a systematic and organized way, as well as project budget preparation and management framework.

The Parliamentary Procedures and Protocols training covered the Organization's administrative and organizational structure, providing an overview of policies and procedures, budget management techniques, and applying the succession planning policy.

In the Photography training, the Organization focused on standardizing visual documentation methods and managing media assets within the team, ensuring professional outcomes that reflect the growth and development of the media identity.

Furthermore, a Graphic Design training was organized to empower the Organization's designers, helping them to transition from routine execution to agile creative leadership by providing them with performance optimization techniques and utilizing artificial intelligence, ensuring real growth in the quality and speed of the Organization's visual identity outcomes.

Additionally, the Organization held a specialized Public Speaking training, covering the core pillars of building impactful and effective speeches.

It began with an introductory session on the basics, followed by a discussion on the importance of public speaking skills and their role in professional and leadership career paths. The training also explored effective speaking methods and key techniques that build a speaker's confidence and clarity. Furthermore, it focused on preparing organized and engaging content, concluding with speech analysis to identify strengths and enhance participants' performance.

In a related context, the Organization presented a JCI Discover training, which introduces the Organization's mission and goals.

It also highlights leadership traits and the skills that can be developed through JCI, while empowering the participants with effective leadership tools to create a sustainable impact.
